Lyn is passionate about the awesomeness of God and His Word. Having lived the reality of God and proven His character through many challenges she brings truth, healing, hope and power into her speaking and writing.
Graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelor of Music degree, and headed into the music industry, God changed the direction of her life toward ministry. For more than 20 years, Lyn served in leadership positions with Bible Study Fellowship International. After years of Biblical training under Dallas Theological Seminary’s professors and other scholars, she served the last eight years as a Teaching Leader. Each week she trained leaders, studied Scripture, and taught the Bible to hundreds of women.
From a broken beginning to complete restoration, the love and power of God overwhelmed this woman. Her miraculous journey through abuse, dysfunction, and damage, inspires courage, vision, and fresh surrender in those touched by her words.
Lyn speaks and writes from her personal study times with God. Fearless, she tackles hard things with the same tender yet bold grace God has lavished on her. Lyn knows from experience that anything hidden needs to be exposed, so she lovingly goes where others fear to tread. Driven by her desire to see people free in Jesus, she helps them tear down barriers to the amazing life in Him.
Two years ago, God began opening international opportunities for Lyn to speak at pastors’ conferences, womens’ conferences, rehab centers, and churches. Passport and suitcase by the door, she is ready to go wherever God leads.
2013 will see the release of her second book, a collaborative effort with best-selling author Tommy Newberry. She is currently working on her third book.

Married with three children, she and her family live in Oklahoma.
